Parkside Pretzel - EUREKA SPRINGS

Atmosphere very pool and unwelcoming. We couldn't even sit outside while we tried to decide our ice cream flavor. Honestly I think race was a factor. The man who worked here waved his hand at us through the window and made inappropriate gestures. We will not be coming back

Stopped in for a pretzel dog and some ice cream. Pretzel dog was delicious, and well worth the cook time. Ice cream also really hit the spot, too.Robert was great, and made the experience that much better. We spent some time chatting while he had a few minutes which was time well spent. Can't wait to come back.

5/5 stars no question!!! Robert hand makes everything to order so it is fresh and delicious. The sauces he makes are amazing too. We were leaving to go back to our hometown and took our orders to-go and ate in our truck, well it was so good drove back there to get more!! Wish we lived closer. Robert is worth the hype.

To be fair he has a few signs posted to take no pictures, I had just walked from my Airbnb and was directed there for the closest place to find water. I didn’t see the signs because I wasn’t looking for them. Which again is my bad but this town is so cute so I’d been taking a lot of pictures! He saw me take my phone out and point at the Mickey Mouse wall and he waved his hand at me and just said “stop” and I didn’t really understand because he was mumbling to me. Just overall rude and then wouldn’t even look at me and if I would’ve got food probably would’ve refused to even sell me it. There’s just a better way to speak to people and treat people!

Hands down the best pretzels I’ve had! I recommend getting the cinnamon sugar with the cream cheese icing if you need something sweet. The regular pretzel also slaps.
