Pizza Hut - EUREKA SPRINGS

Called in my order literally delivering it less than 50 ft up the street and across from them pizzas never showed up but didn't have any problem taking my money out of my bank account called 5 minutes till closing cuz it was supposed to be there at 9:18 and nobody would pick up the phone if I could write less than one star I would

It’s so nice to see a truly classic Pizza Hut! Once inside it was all the great sights and smells I remember as a child.It looked new and clean inside yet original, it was like walking into the past, love it!

Lady at front with short hair and tattoos was extremely rude and unprofessional, as soon as we walked in she demanded us to walk all the way through even thought we had a big group and we were just trying to get all the way in. She had a very awful attitude and demanded us to go sit at a table in the back. I’m not sure what her problem was but she needs a serious attitude change and honestly needs to be fired. Ps we didn’t even dine here because this customer service in unacceptable therefore they did not get our service.

The food is good, but they NEVER TAKE COUPONS! I don't know why I try their promotional stuff because whenever I try to redeem it I get that message right there. Bummer..... ?‍?

We ate here on the way to a vacation trip and I really enjoyed it. The food was great and the waiter was extremely kind. Way better than where we live.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
