Pho Lan Phuong - Eureka

We seldom come across vegetarian pho, but this place serves an excellent version packed with noodles and vegetables.

The service at Lan Phuong is outstanding and the food is great. I lived in Vietnam for a while and this is the closest you can get in Eureka to authentic Vietnamese food. The banana flower salad and coconut shrimp are especially good.

I had an amazing experience with the Vietnamese food in Eureka. I tried the bun thit tom cha gio, and it was incredibly delicious! They also have a Thai menu that I didn't get to explore this time, but I might give it a try during my next visit.

The food is incredibly delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is clean and enjoyable.

4.5 stars. Best Vietnamese food in town and I have eaten almost every place here. The staff is friendly and willing to fulfill your wishes for changes in their menu. My favorite dishes are the yellow chicken cure, the Singapore roasted rice, and the noodle dishes. Spot on spice mixtures. Soooo good. And in a great location easy to reach and out. This place is in the same building Petes Pizzeria was in. ABSOLUTELY must try.
