Chili's Grill - Evans

The service was prompt and consistent. The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. My 560 calorie steak with pesto and grilled asparagus was perfect! The Cajun pasta and quesadillas were devoured, as were the children's pizzas with mandarin orange slices. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and consistent. The seating area consisted of typical booths and tables, all of which were clean and well-maintained. However, what truly stood out during this visit was the exceptional service. Our server informed us of special deals to help us save money, kept our drinks filled without us having to ask, and anticipated our needs before we even had a chance to mention them. The level of service we received will definitely impact my future dining choices. Top-notch all around!

I had the worst dining experience in a long time at this restaurant. I couldn't even finish half of my meal. The well-done burger I ordered was overly juicy to the point where it soaked through half of the bottom bun. The lettuce and tomatoes on my burger and salad were old and wilted, so I only ate the three croutons on top. The fries were cold and tasted old. Even after removing the bottom bun, the burger was too wet and mushy in the middle. The only enjoyable parts of the meal were the blackberry tea and the friendly waitress who served the food.

Had the worst experience for lunch today. We were seated on the bar side for lunch on a Thursday. So needless to say, it was not very busy, apart from a group of camp kids on the other side. The hostess brought us our drinks. After about twenty minutes aserver dashed by and said she would be by to take our orders. Continued to wait. She asked a gentleman at the bar three times ifhe wanted food. Another server assisted the tables on the opposite side of the bar (we were near outdoor dining). When we askedher if she could order, she proceeded to exclaim as to how she was the only one working and was very busy. She then turnedaround and dashed off. Several more minutes pass before she comes back around. My mother, whom we were taking out for herbirthday, said she realizes that they 're short-handed, but that she should get someone else to help. The waitress then snaps atus that she 's actually the bartender, other servers didn 't show up, and it 's not her fault. We couldn 't get a word in edge wise.We were telling her to take a breath and calm down. She then stormed off and told whoever in the back that she wasn 't servingus. Told the manager that we yelled at her (I assure you we did not). My mother went to the manager or whoever else was workingthe bar and told her that we were leaving. This manager/server said we should not have yelled at her server. My mother assuredher that we did not yell at her, and we were only trying to get her to actually take our order. The manager would not let mymother get a word in before she informed us that maybe this isn 't the place for you to eat. I have contacted corporate, and Ican assure that I will not be returning. I did not need to hear the server 's life story because she was overwhelmed. But after20-30 minutes of waiting for her to even take our order was just beyond ridiculous.

The food was delicious!!! I recommend their burgers. I had the secret sauce burger and it was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Our server was awesome!
