Bidra med feedbackPizza Central promotes a free pizza on your birthday, which my wife eagerly anticipated. Each week, she would remind me that her birthday was getting closer and with it, her free pizza. I was thrilled for her, especially since learning about her gluten allergy meant she had to make several dietary adjustments. However, when her birthday finally arrived and we tried to order our pizzas (I still opted for a regular pizza), we were told they wouldn’t give her a gluten-free pizza, even though she cannot eat the regular one. I was extremely disappointed that, after our support as loyal customers, the business was unwilling to accommodate her. While this may seem trivial to some, I found it to be unacceptable. Pizza Central is not a large franchise bound by bureaucracy; rather, it is a small business that should be flexible and aim to please its customers. Because of this incident, my wife and I have decided to take our business elsewhere, and we now advise others to do the same based on our experience. They chose to forgo a small gesture that would have not only pleased us but likely would have been recouped through generous tips that day, instead opting to lose the potential revenue from two loyal customers who could bring in hundreds of dollars a year.
I had previously recommended this restaurant to friends and family, but after a recent disappointing experience, I can no longer do so. Pizza Central advertises a free birthday pizza on a sign outside the restaurant. My wife was eagerly anticipating her free pizza for her upcoming birthday, and each week reminded me how close it was. I was also excited for her, especially since she had to make so many dietary changes due to her gluten intolerance. However, when her birthday finally arrived, and we ordered our pizzas (I still ordered a regular one), she was informed that they would not provide her with a gluten-free pizza, even though she cannot eat the regular one. I was very disappointed that, after our consistent patronage, the restaurant was not willing to accommodate us. While this may seem trivial to some, I found it completely unacceptable. Pizza Central isn’t a large franchise bound by red tape; it’s a small business that should be flexible and attentive to their customers' needs. Because of this incident, my wife and I have decided to stop patronizing Pizza Central, and we can no longer recommend it based on our experience. They chose to lose a few dollars on our order—along with the generous tip that typically accompanies it—only to lose two loyal customers worth hundreds of dollars a year.
