Dunkin' - Evanston

I ordered a cold brew coffee but received iced coffee instead, which was filled to the brim with ice. The taste was awful and overly watered down, and when I inquired about it, the staff member said that's how it's meant to be. We requested to exchange it for a regular coffee since the iced coffee was unacceptable, but she outright refused. I would never return to this place—I'd rather pay the same price at Starbucks. One of the staff members was nice, but the other was rude and dismissive.

Horrible service, nasty attitude. She gave me cold coffee when I asked for warm and then refused to switch it out, will never go to a Dunkin again. Avoid it like a plague.

I typically have a positive experience with the staff and the orders I've placed. I usually order in advance, and they always have my order ready when I arrive. They even recognize me by name, which is great because I can just walk in and say thank you. Meanwhile, everyone else is still waiting for their orders.

My large order turned out to be a small, my iced coffee was served hot, my plain coffee was actually French vanilla, and my signature coffee was plain. I've tried this place five times recently, and each time there were plenty of staff members present but no other customers in the store. I even asked for corrections, but the employees just walked away.
