AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!I have literally tried to order from this place 7 times and they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. There was a time when they wanted business I would say avoid them period. Tasty, Buffalo Joe or Al's at Ridge are all better quality and ANSWER the phone they also are professional and WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I have eaten at Harold's in EVERY part of the city. This is BY FAR WORST than those that sit in the worst neighborhood. Do them a favor stay away and let them close down like the last one did that was on the corner of Howard and Ashland. We have TOO many good choices in the area. Don't go here.

This place match the reviews in the worse Way, I called twice no answer.I walk in at 6:53 the young lady with loud mouth Say we close at 7 and then I say, it's 6:53.Now she say we stop taking orders after 6 make this make since.Sign on door says 7:30pm close.I work Retail Management and this is poor business at the worse time.Customer Service is needed and I don't live in the the neighborhood, however they will not get my business Ever!!!!!!!Poor Customer ServiceGive them Negative 5
