Ovo Frito Cafe - Evanston

Wow. This is one of the best brunches I've ever had in my life. Ovo Frito is an excellent little brunch spot in Evanston, currently doing a great job with limiter seating, an outdoor patio, and takeout. I ordered Derek's Favorite Eggs, and I can totally see why. This is cooked to perfection, bursting with flavors and the right amount of heat. The rest of my party was similarly thrilled with their choices. I will 100% be back!

Had the skirt steak chilaquiles and they were great, someone else got banana waffles and they were also great. It was busy but only had to wait a short time around 10 mins, it was well worth it.

This is a wonderful breakfast spot! The food is delicious and fast. The folks who work her are so friendly. Huevos divorciados and chilaquilles are two favorites, but everything I have tried has been fantastic!!

So tasty!! Really good chilaquiles, definitely some of the best in Evanston. Great service too. Definitely check this place out!

Such a cute place. They were very accommodating with my great aunt who’s in a walker and friend in wheelchair.
