Buffalo Wild Wings - Evansville

We've dined at this location 4 times (2 dine in and 2 online orders). This time was the final straw. After an hour and a half, we went to pick up our order, which was given away to someone else. We waited as multiple other customers came in and had issues with their orders as well. Nearly 45 minutes later, we get our food and when we got home, you could tell the food had sat under a heat lamp way too long. The fries were inedible, the boneless wings were overcooked, the regular wings were lukewarm, and my wife's order was wrong. I understand having a bad night, but the service and food at this location has been consistently poor each visit. We won't be returning.

Long wait, both sitting and serving. Once it came out, the food tasted fat and was served hot. The Bretzel appetizers were amazing. Nice atmosphere.

The service has really gone down hill as of late. I’m a big fan of Bdubs, but this location needs to figure out what they’re doing. The food and drinks are always late, and the service just isn’t personable. They’re lucky I love their cheese curd bacon burger, and there aren’t a lot of other places to go in the area. Set your expectations low, and you’ll be happy with the outcome.

Usually this place is pretty decent, but tonight it was awful. Got home and didn’t have my celery and carrot boat or my bleu cheese, and then I bit into my wings. They were as dry as the turkey in Christmas Vacation. Unfortunately I was at home or they’d have been sent back. Not a good experience at all this time.

Actually 0 stars. By far the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings experience I 've ever had. The waitress (Jamika) took a very long time to take our order. My husband ordered a beer and waited 10 minutes for it. I tried ordering a hard seltzer and she had no idea what that meant so I had to point to it on the menu and then she said they didn 't have that one so I had to point to another one and she immediately said they didn 't have it so I got a water. Our friend ordered a Pepsi and received a diet. Our Wings were good but our fries were cold. And then when we got our check she didn 't ask if we wanted it split and just brought us one check. Our friend asked her to put his separate and she said why don 't you just give them the twelve dollars? That is EXTREMELY rude. Then after I paid I asked for my gift cards back because they had a remaining balance. The waitress proceeded to give me an empty gift card that was not even mine. I requested to speak to a manager. She nicely found my gift card and receipt. While she was doing that, the waitress was clearly talking about us to another server as she was pointing at us. Definitely would not ever go back to this location.
