Wendy's - Evansville

On this visit, I opted for a drive-thru pickup. They really nailed all the essentials for a successful drive-thru experience: 1. Taking my order was quick and straightforward. 2. Everything I wanted was available. 3. The service was friendly and efficient. 4. My order was complete without any mistakes. 5. Everything was neatly wrapped and well packed. 6. The fries were hot and fresh. 7. I finally got to try the Strawberry Frosty! Overall, I’d say this late-night dinner visit was a success!

We were out and about and got hungry, so we all agreed to stop at this restaurant. There's always a unique feeling about dining in a place away from home, reminiscent of familiar vibes. Unfortunately, they messed up my order, but instead of arguing, they apologized for the mix-up. Not only did they quickly prepare another sandwich for me, but they also offered me a large order of fries as a gesture of apology for the wait. Every restaurant could learn from their excellent customer service!
