This place is just pick up and go not much space to eat there, so I can say nothing about that.The food is very homemade food, very delicious, well prepared, they have many diferente dishes, I tried pretty much all of them. So you will not be disappointed.There's many places like this one that the owner work on the kitchen and they have the employees working in the front. It's said to see that they probably don't know that some of they employees are very rude to there costumers and I'm keeping eating there at least twice a week and I still been mistreated by front service there, they answer they phone like they doing you a favor, I call one day order a plate there and 2 minutes after I call that I would make to pick that up, emergency at work had to go back) so they can canceled my order before it's made, they lady told me that she would not canceled I know you can not make a food in 2 minutes, even if you they all ready mane you can put it back) and I would have to came and get at night after work, 6 hours later to eat old food) because I ordered the food, so I told I won't be able to, I'm calling two minutes after so you guys don't make it. Well to end the story she blocked my number after that lol. I'm not sure if she doesn't know how to be polite or what, however I spoke with the owner, very nice couple, they do deserve all the Bussines they can get. So I keep coming back, I don't see the lady that is very rude there anymore, I hope they keep listening to there costumers and keep the good food that they have...

Extremely ignorant and terrible telephone service, the lunchbox is a terrible thing, I ordered picanha and chicken, that picanha was a steak passed through a machine or beaten with a hammer, it looked like the sole of a very dry shoe, it only had rice and a tropeiro bean that was very far from being a tropeiro bean.In short, a terror of lunchbox and service, and almost two hours of waiting.Never fall into this trap.

This place is a small hole in the wall, but don’t let that fool you—the food is incredible! I order from here all the time, and everything is consistently delicious and well-prepared. There isn't any seating available, but that’s not an issue for me. However, the service could use some improvement. While not all the staff are unfriendly, some of those who answer the phone and hand you your food seem to have a lackadaisical attitude, as if they’re doing you a favor. That’s the only reason I didn’t give them a full five stars. When it comes to selling food, customer service is definitely part of the dining experience. I hope they work on that aspect in the future!
