Quality at this location is really bad. Like all the other reviews say, check your order before you leave the place too to make sure you got the right food. Also extremely disappointed by the chicken pieces: overcooked, dry, tiny! The drumstick is smaller than the palm :
I decided to use my mobile APP for Popeyes Louisiana chicken while giving my order and hearing people!! I saved I only had to do the cashier a code from the phone APP this took seconds!! The food was delicious
I will always give a business the benefit of the doubt before I submit a negative review… especially if the business is short staffed, like this Popeyes location. However, this is not the first time I have had an issue here. I have ordered food from this Popeyes probably around 10 times, and every single time, there is something wrong with my order. Most of the time, it’s something small, like missing a straw or a napkins or something. Other times, it’s something significant, like a missing food item. Annoying, yes, but people make mistakes (myself included), and I can let it go pretty easily. Today was kinda the last straw. They didn’t have the new dessert (wild berry beignets), so that was a bummer. I wanted to avoid a long wait time by going through the drive through (I literally waited in line for 40 MINUTES last time I went) so I ordered through the app, and selected the (available) option for lobby pick up. I waited for my selected time, and when I showed up, the lobby was closed due to short staffing. I got back in my car and lined up in drive through, which was 10 cars deep . Then I give them my order number and name. It took him a bit to find my order, but he found it (so it wasn’t even ready at my scheduled time). Then I pull up to the window, and he says “two chicken sandwiches?”, and starts to hand me the bag… nope, not my order. Then he asked me my name again. I told him, and he found my order, and handed it to me… didn’t confirm what I ordered and didn’t ask me if I needed any condiments or sparkle seasoning or anything . By the time I looked in my bag, I had moved my car forward and the car behind me took the place… so I couldn’t back up and I couldn’t go to the lobby because it was closed
They always mess up the orders. It seems like they never double check the order as at least half the time the order is wrong or missing something. My delivery driver told me they had to cancel my order because my order was made completely wrong. He said that they asked them to fix it and he waited around 20 minutes contacting them and he also said they weren’t being very nice. So they wouldn’t fix it and then Uber didn’t call me when they should have. This is one of many issues I’ve had by ordering Popeyes. You guys should close until you can give serviceable food and get some decent employees because this is really bad. They have forgotten several items, one time completely missing a combo meal. They have amazing food but it’s not worth all this hassle. You guys can’t be doing this so often and expecting to keep business. Be better Popeyes. Might as well open more stores and maybe we can get a decent one.
