Dunkin' - Evergreen Park

This restaurant offers a great experience with reasonable prices. The coffee is consistently hot, and the donuts are always fresh.

The lid on the coffee cup leaks while you're driving or even when you're walking down the street. If you enter a building, coffee spills out, and it's really hot. They need to improve either the cups or the lids because this is not acceptable, especially when you're paying over $3 per cup.

I had to go inside because there isn't a drive-thru. There was only one employee working and three people ahead of me, which resulted in about a 20-minute wait for my order. To make matters worse, the guy attempted to charge me more than the total amount. I didn’t argue and just paid him, but I will not be returning to this location again.

The service is quick and there are no issues with ongoing orders. The staff is very friendly.
