As soon as you enter the room you feel well. The room out of stone and wood gives a nice ambiance going well with the friendly staff. Cooking is simply great and service very friendly. On the top of that you can try some great...Wallis wines (try the Inferno). I was visiting the place a few time and will certainly go back.

We followed the recommendation from a local and walked into the restaurant, located in an old hostel. The decor reminds of a modern chalet, lacks a little bit of true atmosphere, but you know you are in the mountains, especially as many locals seem to...settle here for food or drinks. The menu spans large, from pizza and salad, to more seasonal game and nice meat. We decided for cheese dishes and we found it fairly good, but not fully convinced. I guess that we need to try the meat, as it seems to be the specialty of the house. Service was friendly and the owner comes frequently to discuss and check all is fine.

This time we take advantage of the terrace in the shade of the parasols. We ordered cooked grills in the fireplace outside. The meats were perfectly cooked and very tasteful, the delicious accompaniments. The service is pleasant and efficient.

We tested this restaurant for a family meal. The welcome was fantastic, the staff is in the small care. Slate meats are delicious! The portions are generous and very tasty.Special feature for orange foie gras and chocolate that is a real treat for taste buds! Thank you for this discovery!

We went to evolène and we stopped at the 1st restaurant on the left by entering the village. and how happy it was to have chosen it. warm welcome of the staff, meals more than excellent: in the entrance, beautiful salads, then risotto with valais asparagus and fresh bites for my sister-in-law and myself and a superb lamb rack, vegetables and fries for my husband. The staff served us with a smile. We will return and we strongly advise him. and we paid with a card!!!!
