Bidra med feedbackWe were so impressed with the service with this location! We had a reservation at 5, we were seated immediately our server Chanon was taking our order within literally 2 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever had a server as attentive and prompt as he was tonight. My husband said he felt like he was reading his mind the whole time because he literally didn’t have to ask for a single thing, he was just there with what we needed. Best dining experience we have had in a very long time. Thank you for the great hospitality exceptional service Chanon!
So disappointed first found out the oil they fry in is all mixed with meat fish fries or no nuts etc even though before I was told donuts were friend separately. The we were more than half way done with our soup salad breadstick order when my kids meals came and breadsticks even after. The waitress said it was because of being understaffed but still, I was quite a bit of wait. Yeah I get it. My fault but I had my retainer tissue and I had left, but already on the freeway and I called right away but apparently they had already cleaned it somehow, even though they were understaffed, right. Anyways, disappointed overall this visit.
This was the first time for most of us at this location. Most of us tried a mainland location years ago. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. Definitely a place to return to.
Sadly we had the worst experience here recently. Quality of food, service and small portions are the reasons why we are unlikely to visit this location again.This is very unlike our typical experiences at.other Olive Gardens and have been here before and it was much better. Maybe it was an off night but we most likely to choose another establishment.
Ramen. Always get the lasagna lunch with soup. The soup is very good and the staff are friendly.
