Bidra med feedbackGreat atmosphere and fantastic food. Everything came out in time. The waiter was very nice. Food was a bit more expensive than your average chain restaurant, but it was worth it. We will definitely come back.
This place struck me as two places at once in a good way. It's a spot where a family can dine comfortably at a table and a spot to meet friends at the huge wrap around bar or barroom booths. Plenty of stimulation as every wall in the bar area has a TV on. The draft beer list was long and included regional craft brews alongside common fare. The menu is basically a pub menu so I'd say it's on the small side for family dining unless your family digs Burgers, Tacos, and finger food appetizers. Food was prepared FAST and the burger was made just as I asked. I popped in on a Tuesday and they were preparing to have trivia, along with a $2.50 Taco Tuesday special. The restaurant seems clean and the bar staff was reasonably attentive despite being a bit stressed to cover that area for the 20+ minutes I was at the bar. I will be back for beers and burgers with friends for sure!
I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing positive things about it. The food was quite good, and the atmosphere was lovely. It seems like a great spot to catch a game and enjoy a few beers. Speaking of beer, they have a solid selection to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to go out with a group for good food and drinks. While some people have complained about the service, I had no issues with being overlooked or not being served. Our waitress and a trainee were both attentive, consistently checking on our group as well as the other tables they were serving.
The food is excellent, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff is fantastic. Their burgers are definitely the highlight of the menu and are always worth trying. However, there is a downside: they turn off the grill at night, which drastically reduces the menu options. This creates a frustrating situation for the dedicated waitstaff. Many customers arrive around 9 p.m., only to find that their desired dishes, like those delicious burgers, are no longer available, and they have to settle for less appealing choices. This often leads to frustration directed at the waiters, who are just following the manager's orders. I don't understand how cutting more than half the menu in the evenings benefits anyone, especially since many of their customers are tired students from TCNJ looking for a satisfying meal. If they ever revise this policy, I'd happily change my rating to 5 stars without hesitation.
Don't forget to bring your ID. Many of the beers didn't have a strong flavor. The sangria is just okay. However, the burger is amazing and the fries are delicious! Just a heads up: the honey mustard isn't very sweet.
