Bidra med feedbackI’m very disappointed! We made an online reservation for the traditional English Sunday roasts for March 13, 2022, after seeing them advertised on their website and Instagram. However, after a 25-minute drive, we discovered that they weren't available, and this wasn't indicated on the menu (it was also missing from their printed menu). The waitress was polite, but I can’t understand why they would want to remove this information from their website. We ultimately decided to go elsewhere for lunch. Given the numerous negative reviews here, I'm not sure if I’ll return.
Wednesday evening was fantastic! This place has an amazing deal—appetizer, entree, dessert, and a glass of wine all for a great price! It’s a wonderful opportunity to try new dishes. I highly recommend the pasta; it was delicious, and the sauce was incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were new and still in training, so it took a little time, but the wait was definitely worth it!
Another issue is the harsh LED lighting—it's too bright. It would be better to dim it and use softer lighting on the walls to create a more inviting atmosphere, as the current setup makes the place feel like an operating room. Their website paints a picture of a warm, welcoming, and comfortable Irish pub with a professional bartender, but the reality is the complete opposite. We've tried to give this place multiple chances, but each time we encounter unfriendly service and a mediocre experience. To top it off, at 9:45 PM on a Saturday, the place looks deserted, as if it's not even open.
Great for a family dinner! the atmosphere of this place is a 10/10! big beer and eat. I enjoyed the pig bells and carrots. the service was fast and friendly. my brother has the hot wing and let me tell you. no one could eat them, it was a good laugh. had a great time!
Expected a lot more, the atmosphere was warm after Christkindl Markt. The on line walk in wait list worked great. Took 10 minutes to have the server stop, he did acknowledge us sooner but obviously they were understaffed in the bar area. 3 of us, 2 ploughman burgers and 1 wagyu. The 2 arrived after quite a wait, the wagyu took at least another 5 minutes. The 2 burgers were dry and the tops of the buns were burnt from the heat lamps. There appears to be a kitchen timing improvement needed. After watching for the server to come back so we could call out the issues with the 2 for a good 5 to 10 minutes i finally went to the hostes stand to have someone come to our table. Management did come back and comped dinner and the 1 of the 2 burgers that we had remade was quite good along with the truffle fries. The wagyu was done right the first time. I hope they can improve the service experience
