401 Deli - Exeter

Was in the area early for a meeting. I love an organized place. Ordered online for pu. Got a text with pu time then a second when the order was ready. The small Fenway, sausage and pepper where I added spicy relish an mustard is 6 on a damn good roll. Don't know when I'll be back on the area but I will find my way here again.

Even though I live fairly close to 401 Deli, I found this place by accident while filling up for gas next door. AMAZING Thanksgiving Sandwich, friendly team at the counter and an awesome hometown feel. Highly recommended!!

Just ordered two small grinders. One was to be without tomatoes... well both came without tomatoes and no lettuce on either one! $9 a piece! Unreal! How do you sell grinders without lettuce unless asked to leave it off. Never again!

Great food, reasonable prices. The meatballs are huge and taste great! The deviled eggs are fabulous so grab them when you see them! Great place to visit all around!

I go in often . Friendly staff with an ear for modifications, quality ingredients. It gets a little busy around lunch time but is to be expected with a mom pop shop that sells a good product
