Cranberry Farm - Exeter

Always welcoming for myself and the children and also when I’ve been in a big group. Staff listen and help/accommodate as much as they can regarding food/seating. Very special team. Thank you.

The meal was lovely couldn’t fault it…… but I booked a table for 8 o’clock when I got there I was told there was no table and would have to wait though I had booked so this wouldn’t happen and when we came to pay the lady tried charging us for four peoples meals although there was only two of us.

Generaly good, the staff very friendly and helpful ambience ok food was average which does not mean it was not good. seemed good value, only real complaint was the vegetables were undercooked but this happens in many places and unless we tell them the cooks will continue to do this

We arrived and were greeted nicely though we were told on arrival that there “would be delay with food” we waited alomost a hour my steak was dry and over cooked, the chips were not cooked enough and the peas were rock hard! Overall not a good experience.

Staff are very attentive and helpful, food is good. Sometimes a little cold but if you mention it they provide an extra heater . Worth a visit or two.
