Very impressed by the service: employees were polite and knowledgeable. price comparison was maintained without drama. I was told that my trainers (they don't have my size) in 2-3 days at 15:00 on Sunday afternoon, but when I came from work to home the next day, they were already here!

A COVID-19 personalised service for purchasing some new running shoes. Friendly member of staff carried out a gait analysis. Based on this she offered various running shoes that would suit. Tried on a couple of pairs before deciding on my choice. Not many different running clothes to choose from and limited in size. Recommended if you need new running shoes for the service and help.

Today was my first visit. The staff seemed nice, and the person I spoke to gave me excellent guidance. There is lots of clothing choices too.

The shoes weren't available in-store, but my order was processed and delivered very quickly. I'm very satisfied with the consultation and customer service. Over the past two years, we've purchased a few pairs of shoes for my wife and me, and we've been very happy with both the products and the experience.

The staff at the restaurant are always friendly and knowledgeable. However, I purchased a bag for my wife to use while we hike from Land's End to John O'Groats. Unfortunately, just a week into our ten-week journey, the zipper broke, and we now find ourselves unable to return the faulty bag. We are currently on day 13 of our hike, in Somerset, and had to purchase a replacement.
