Dunkin' - Fair Lawn

The staff was incredibly rude and prepared to shout at customers. I ordered a latte but received a regular coffee instead, accompanied by the very loud voice of a woman. It wasn't enjoyable at all.

The staff needs to focus more on their work rather than chatting. I visited recently and noticed a new crew that was extremely loud and disruptive, discussing personal matters. I struggled to communicate with the cashier because of the noise. They had ample time to prepare my sandwich correctly, but they rushed through it just to continue shouting at one another.

I was served a dozen bagels that were leftover from the day before. They tasted terrible, even though I specifically asked for fresh ones. The staff member assured me they were fresh, but it was clearly untrue.

One of the better Dunkins in the area even though it doesn?t have a drive-through. They read the inside and modernized it into the new look. More of a coffee shop vibe now. This one actually knows how to make your order correctly.

Whoever owns this place should thank god they have staff that they do. I have never experienced a more efficient crew. Every-time i order in store or over the app its ready within a minute or two. They are so happy and we go out of our way everymorning to stop here to get our coffee.
