Bidra med feedbackI recently visited the Dutch Bros on Madison for the first time because of the fundraiser for Officer Natalie Corona. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped. The music was blaring so loudly that the barista struggled to hear my order, repeatedly asking, "What was that?" When I requested very light ice, I was shocked to find that my cup was filled with over half ice. When I asked them to remove some of it, they barely took out a few cubes, and the cup was still significantly full of ice. At that point, my frustration with the service had already built up, and I ended up with a $5 cup of ice. This was not the impression I wanted to have. In hindsight, I wish I had donated directly to her family instead of spending money on something that went to waste. I'm giving one star solely so I can post this review because I was truly disappointed; the service deserved zero stars.
Three of the baristas, including the one who was supposed to take orders, spent nearly eight minutes chatting with the car in front of me, even though they had already received their drink. Meanwhile, two cars on the other side had already placed their orders and passed through. This was truly unacceptable.
The coffee here is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly—what more could I ask for? This place is definitely top-notch!
This location has the best staff. Always so friendly and quick, no matter the time of day.
This isn't my typical location but I went through the drive through tonight on my way to work and ordered a large. They charged me for a large and gave me a small. As I was running late I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it correctly.
