Aurora Crepes Peking Duck - Fairbanks

Aurora Crepes and Peking Duck is the best Asian cuisine restaurant in this little city called Fairbanks. There for is of great quality. All their dishes have a home cooked feel to them. Their fried dishes are NOT overly drenched with batter, you get more protein per fried dish compared to other restaurants. There fried rice is the best compared to all the other Asian restaurants I've been to. You can tell it's fresh and made to order without drenching it in oil. EVERYTHING is good. The owners are extremely kind, they remember your orders and are well mannered. Best prices in town both in quality and quantity.

Sandwich was over toasted and fries tasted like they were cooked in fishy oil

Amazing quality food. You can't get more bang for your buck any where else. The meat portions are amazing and cooked perfectly

We got the duck crepe, it was gross and neither of us finished. Very off-putting texture and flavor, the crepe was like rubbery chicken skin and it tasted ...musty? Girl at the counter was nice and helpful though.
