Lin's Asian Bistro - Fairbanks

We ordered the chicken appetizer with peanut sauce, the FBI sushi roll, lo mein, sesame chicken, Kung Pao beef, broccoli beef, a Mongolian beef combination dinner with a fried egg roll, fried rice, and a choice of soup (hot and sour, wonton, egg drop, or shrimp). The portions are generous, and the food is better than most Chinese restaurants in the Fairbanks area. We really appreciate that they are open and operating during the holidays!

The service was good and prompt. Overall, the experience was decent. However, the quality and portion of the Pupu Platter were somewhat underwhelming. The tofu with sweet sauce was delicious, but the pork jelly strips could have benefited from more flavor.

Asked for pad thai without dress or garnel. I've got chicken on it. the mistsuppe was also not large. beautiful building though.

One of our favorite Fairbanks restaurants. Their food is always good and they have plenty of choices for Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisines. I love their shrimp and veggie tempura. For something different, try the honey-walnut shrimp, it's great!

I arrived at the restaurant just 30 minutes before closing, but I was treated as if I had come at the start of the day. The music from the 1940s created a lovely atmosphere, and the interior was beautiful. The service was also excellent. I decided to try the Singapore curry rice noodles out of curiosity, and I was pleasantly surprised. The dish was delicious, with unmistakable aromas and a generous portion, served piping hot. The overall vibe and service here are fantastic. I will definitely be coming back for another meal!
