Pad Thai - Fairbanks

Looking for vegan options? the most tasty Thai food. I had the duck-red curry. so good! great service and the personal very vegan knowledge!

My family ate here in August--many thanks to the other reviewers who recommended it. It seems to be a family establishment--I think the mother or aunt cooks the food. There were many veg options and the staff was knowledgeable about hidden fish sauce. This was the first Thai restaurant that didn't bring us certain sauces with our spring rolls or fried tofu because of the fish sauce. The mock duck is found mostly in one curry dish I had which I can recommend. The pad thai was also very good. We went for lunch and the portions were very large and wound up with leftovers.

The auto-dru situation has confused me (there is only space for 2-3 cars before they stay on the road) so I parked and ordered to go I was cashew not much to see but was very tasty.

I had also heard that the legendary of alaskas Thai foods are some of the best in the world and we had to examine this claim. this place was not dissapoint! they are located in fairbanks near the university. we had the pad-thai noodles and fried rice and couldn't get enough. we finally made it, but I have no pictures for you. the sun went down, it began to snow, the road was glacier and I had half an hour to drive so sad to our next accommodation. but take it from me. it was to die.

Eating was probably the best Thai food we ever had. server was friendly, competent and personal. highly recommended
