Quiznos - Fairbanks

The restaurant offers a clean and quick dining experience. The food is fresh, and the staff is friendly and eager to engage with customers, making them feel like they are truly valued. The seating area has seen improvements, with the new chairs looking lovely. During my visits, I have had the best experiences with staff members Shauna, Jabez, Anna, and Jessie, who stand out as the stars of the team.

The restaurant is clean and offers quick service. The food is fresh, and the staff is very friendly. It's a great spot for a meal. Although the seating area is a bit small, I've always managed to find a place to sit with my family.

The special lobster sandwiches are back, and they are fantastic! They have a delightful sweetness that makes them a perfect choice for hot weather. Cool, fresh, and flavorful, they are a guaranteed classic. You won't be disappointed!

I really enjoy Quiznos, but the service from the staff leaves much to be desired. The customer service is so poor that it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere when you step inside. While I was placing my order, the employee asked me what ingredients come on the sandwich, and they do this with every customer. These aren’t new hires, so it’s surprising that the staff doesn't know what's in the sandwiches. Unlike Subway, where you can customize your order, the employees should at least be familiar with the ingredients of their own menu items. Additionally, they even have customers operate the credit card machine for them, which is quite awkward. Management should take a close look at these issues if they want to maintain a Quiznos location in Fairbanks.

My favorite sandwich shop in Fairbanks! I love the Black Angus Stuckhaus! Add a side of au jus, and it's the perfect lunch. I also really appreciate the staff—Anna and Jess, you both rock!
