The Vallata Closed - Fairbanks

Great service and food! Saw the prior comment describing the waitress as a lil man. Do not let this disrespectful guy who apparenty has never had dinner with a large party and obviously could not read the menu or see the prices discourage you from having a wonderful meal.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent food! Brought my dad here for his birthday, didn 't tell the waitress other than joking 'he 's 58 today, I think he 's old enough for the beer, ' and she brought out a delicious little cake with a candle for him. I really appreciate her effort and she was a great waitress overall! Love the Vallata for special occasions :

Definitely one of my favorite places for fine dinning or just appetizers and cocktails! Tommy makes the BEST cosmos!
