I’ve ordered from here twice and had a great experience each time. I placed my order online, and it indicated that my food would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and my pizza was ready and waiting for me. My only complaint is about the parking situation—I had to wait a bit because of the long line at Starbucks.

We ordered a pizza and were told it would be ready in half an hour for pick-up, not delivery. Although we arrived a little late, it turned out they had sent our pizza to someone else. The guy at the counter was very apologetic and managed to make us a new deluxe pizza in just six minutes! They also gave us a complimentary order of pearlsticks. Overall, it turned out fine. The guy at the counter definitely deserves a raise!

There was only one person working during the lunch rush. The woman who was there handled orders, processed payments, and cooked everything. I really hope she is compensated well because she definitely deserves it!
