Bidra med feedbackThis place turned me into Korean food. It is a small family-run hole in the wall with absolutely amazing food and a super friendly staff. For the first time try the Bibimbap, Take-Man-Dook (can not even remember how it is actually booked, starts with two Ts) or the Doc-Bock-ee (can not spell it either). My favorite is the Kimchi stew, but it's not for everyone. It is a sharp red soup with pork, Kim Chi and Tofu. There's nothing like that.
Excellent! Had the pork stir fry, medium (3). It was spicy and would probably do a 2 next time. Served with 6 different noodle and vegetable salads that were great! Stir fry with white steamed rice was enough for 2. Staff was friendly and fast, very responsive! Will definitely go back!
Yung's Cafe. I recently discovered this place by a recommendation from a Korean friend of mine. Being half Korean and raised on the cuisine, nothing is ever as good as home cooking...until I found this place. It's a quaint restaurant filled with charm. I feel like I walked into my Korean grandma's kitchen when I first entered. The food is always amazing. It's consistent. I can rarely get myself to order anything different when I go there because the soondubu jigae is SO good (though I always sample the food that my friends order). Your meals are always served with the traditional banchan. The thing that I really love about this place is that the owners are in the kitchen cooking. Koreans that know their food. The service is always friendly. I have had no complaints about this place and after writing this review, I think I'll go there for dinner tonight.
Delicious and fresh food! Kimchi pancakes are great and their tofu, sprouts and radish kimchi are excellent. Service is good and portions are huge and well worth the price!
Good eats! Very friendly place. If you like Korean food, this is a great place.
