Bidra med feedbackArrived at the restaurant a little after 12 and we sat down. It was lunch time, but weren’t many ppl in the restaurant. My sons and I sat at the table about 10 min before we were brought a menu. Once we looked over then menu, the host came back to ask us about drinks and brought us salsa and chips. Let me say the salsa and chips were delicious. After about 20 min and me having to ask the host could we get our drinks, she brings them to us. Sat at there another 30 min waiting for our food to come out. Once we received our food my son tried his soft tacos, they were loaded with lettuce and cheese with not soo much meat with grease coming from the beef which had the tacos soggy. My other son got a beef quesadilla. Loaded with lettuce and cheese and soggy from the beef as well. I had the shredded chicken quesadilla off of the lunch menu with was loaded with lettuce and cheese and the chicken was shredded with no seasoning and also soggy. Very disappointed because I read reviews prior to going and ppl talked about how good the food was. I must have caught them on a bad day because the service was extremely slow and the food was not good. On top of all of that, patrons were continuing to come in and half of the tables in the restaurant weren’t clean. We were in there over an hour before receiving our food. Won’t be returning.

We always love Armando’s. The food is top quality and prepared with care. It’s not a fast food place and everything is prepared fresh when you order so don’t expect to get food quickly. It’s worth the wait though. Armando himself lovingly prepares every dish and takes pride in what he makes. It shows in how good everything tastes. This is authentic Mexican food, not TexMex. Everything we’ve tried is delicious, but my favorite is the huge pork burrito with everything on it. My wife likes the shrimp fajitas and also loves the chimichangas. Their chips and salsa are particularly good too. You can’t go wrong at Armando’s. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and our friends’ kids love Armando’s as much as the adults.
