Bidra med feedbackIt's not the Chuck E Cheese I remember but maybe that's better lol no pink eye ball pits or animatronic-induced PTSD. The excitement of tickets is gone but meh that's ok. Games are fun! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I did my son’d birthday there and it was great. The party planner stay with you all the time. She helps serving the food, getting kids ready to sing happy bday and the best you dont need to worry about clean up. They clean and pack any leftovers. Also they pack all the presents in a huge bag. Everyone had so much fun. The place was not crowded and the pizza there is amazing!!!!!! I really recommend the place Food: 5
This place is good it has everything for the little ones to play Food: 5
Kids had fun and the place is clean. The pizza is fine but it's expensive. $20 for a large. You can buy a timed card which is great if you have 2 or 3 kids. I think 90 minutes was $34 and you can pause it once. You can use one card for multiple kids BUT there is a pause between swipes. It might be 15-30 seconds. I'm not sure exactly but there is definitely a delay. It wasn't a huge deal for me with 3 kids but sometimes they couldn't play the game together. The guy up front was great. Very helpful.
I was particularly disappointed with the service. We ordered a pizza and wings around 5:18 PM, but it was after 7 PM before I finally got a refund because my food had never arrived. I approached the front multiple times to inquire about our order, only to be told repeatedly by Faisel that it would be out soon. Eventually, my son became cranky and tired, and I simply couldn’t wait any longer. Waiting two hours for food was already far too generous. My son, being just a year old, had very little to do since he was too small for the arcade games. As a hiring manager myself, I can't help but notice that poor management often points to leadership issues. If the upper management does a bad job of hiring and training, it's likely that they're not qualified in their roles either. Or perhaps they are simply underpaid and unmotivated. We were given a business card for the general manager—Claire, I believe—who didn't answer her phone despite our four attempts to reach her. The manager on duty claimed he didn’t know how to issue a refund and directed us to call the general manager, which shocked me. My bill was $58 for just one large pizza and wings. I wasn’t given any food, and they refused to process a refund. It felt like I was being completely robbed. Why wouldn’t the manager pause everything to resolve my food issue when I spoke to him? Why continue to keep me waiting for so long? When I observed him handling food without gloves, my appetite vanished completely. Having worked in the food industry myself, I understand kitchen protocols and what it’s like in a busy kitchen with delayed orders. While I empathize with the stress the staff might have been under, their disorganization reflected a clear lack of experienced management. Overall, the management at this location is chaotic, and I wonder if it's even worth contacting corporate about it. I doubt this franchise will last much longer, and I can see why they're struggling financially. The young and inexperienced management here leaves much to be desired. Personally, I won’t be returning to Chuck E. Cheese again—outrageous prices, poor-quality prizes, disappointing customer service, and blatant price gouging have left a lasting impression.
