Bidra med feedbackI visited a restaurant for lunch on a Sunday and found it to be about half full. My husband and I waited for 10 minutes without being served, so he went to the counter to get menus. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we decided to go to the counter to order food, but were told to return to our table as our order would be taken there. However, after waiting another 10 minutes without being served, we decided to leave. I don't understand why we weren't allowed to order at the counter when they were so busy. At least 10 other customers were served while we sat there.
I called Frank's Restaurant to order takeout food. The man who answered asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a mixed chicken kebab, tabouli, and fattoush for 15 people. He replied, "What exactly do you want?" When I started to explain, he interrupted and said, "Look at the menu online and call us back when you know exactly what you want!" and then abruptly hung up. How rude! What happened to customer service? I will not be calling back or visiting again. Please work on improving your customer service skills.
Being Lebanese myself, I have tried Lebanese food in many Australian restaurants. While most of these places claim to serve authentic Lebanese cuisine, many of them are not actually Lebanese-owned. However, my experience at this restaurant was satisfactory. The makkinak dish was decent, but the portion size was a bit excessive for just a few sausages. I enjoyed the tabbouleh, although it was a bit too lemony for my taste. Unfortunately, the fattoush was not up to par and the shawarma dish was disappointing, with small chunks of meat and lacking in flavor. It could benefit from better marination and seasoning. Additionally, the hot wine was served incorrectly as it should always be served cold as a starter. On a positive note, the freshly baked bread was delicious and satisfying. Overall, my dining experience at this restaurant was above average compared to other Lebanese eateries. The service was efficient and professional.
This restaurant has been many dinge in its life, including an Italian restaurant and pizza salon, which serves the most amazing bacon egg pizza, but frank’s has so far been the best incarnation. dive in or take them serve some of the best Lebanese. food in the local opposite and there are some stiff competition. great eating, good service and a nice clean restaurant, it is always a pleasure to eat here. and if I don't feel like eating (or a decision) the mixing plate is always a great solution. we were here too many family celebrations, and the staff is in the accommodation and eating plentiful, it is always a positive, stress-free experience. highly recommended.
Good food and good service. I have been to this place many times. Consistency is a nice thing when it comes to quallity.
