Bidra med feedbackThe manager, Chiavonne, is exceptionally kind. I've been coming here since 2015, and I have no intention of going anywhere else. Their attention to detail, whether it's for catering orders or even just a simple meal for myself or my family, is fantastic. In addition to their friendly demeanor, it’s truly refreshing to encounter such warmth in the food industry!
Rotisserie is truly exceptional. You won't find anything like it elsewhere. While prices have increased, the quality has remained consistently high. The management does an excellent job, ensuring a great experience every time.
Update on June 4, 2021: Unfortunately, the same cashier was at the front again, and her service was still disappointing. Fortunately, the rest of the staff continues to be great. It’s a shame that her attitude drags down the overall experience.
Terrible customer service; I gave him two stars because the food is not so terrible. I usually go to order a family meal for 4. The staff is terrible. It's like you're disturbing her. Today 2/26/2121 Fairfield Ct site. I called to place the order for pickup didn't want to experience hostility. The lady was rude and hostile when she answered the phone. What happened to good afternoon, I can help you. I get it's a grocery store, and she probably hates her job. Why should the customer suffer b/c, the staff hate his job. I'll stop buying something from this food chain. Again a very good customer service.
Terrible customer service the black manager who works on Sunday had a bad attitude and will not look you directly in the eye. Order chicken her response to the staff well she just gonna have to wait for it!! Instead of sorry Ms chicken won’t be ready another ten minutes. What has happen to GOOD customer services
