Great service and Kelly is the best. Food was fresh and she was the only one there and my food was still fast.

Food was awful. I ordered 2) 4 piece meal and at this point they was hard chicken fingers supposedly to be fish the hush puppies was super hard Fairfield is one of the original Captains and very disrespectful to be serving that kind of food out of there. People just don?t care anymore.

It's better than two years ago. Food was hot and delicious. My only problem is my food Always look like someone is eating off it. My fries be sliding around it's portion size is not enough

Went for lunchbreak about 2 pm, and was pleasantly surprised that the table area where I ate and the restroom was clean. My food arrived quickly and correctly, and cashier was polite. This is much better than my experiences at the location near UAB.

The service was excellent, but we had to wait around 30 minutes for our meals.
