Donut Spot - Fairfield

I love donuts! This small hole in the wall restaurant has a large selection. Their hours are a bit funky, opening around 1 or 2 o'clock and closing near noon or 1pm. It may not be in the safest area, but the delicious treats make it worth the visit. This is not a traditional bakery with an open display, so be sure to call ahead if you're looking for something specific. The jelly filled donuts are unbeatable.

I have visited this restaurant before and found the service to be lacking, but this time it was much improved. I ordered two regular donuts and one cinnamon donut. The regular donuts were fresh and tasty, but the cinnamon one was not up to par. I probably won't be ordering that one again. I appreciate that they open early, making it a great spot to kickstart the day or end the night.

My kids and I went on a late-night/early-morning donut adventure and it was fantastic. The bacon donut and oreo cream-filled donut were both amazing. The friendly service was a nice bonus.
