Dunkin' - Fairfield

My daughters and I absolutely love donuts, especially those filled with pastry cream – they're our favorite!

This Dunkin donuts, especially the morning crew, is fast and effective and friendly. They know all the regular customers orders as soon as you walk in.

This place got only the name from Dunkin, they serve like water drink and call it coffee. No taste and nothing.Stay a way

I wish I could give zero stars because one is too generous. The staff member who worked on October 15th at noon was extremely rude and didn’t scan my rewards, then acted as if it was my fault. Her attitude was terrible. My friends received the wrong drinks, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, this was the worst experience we've ever had at a Dunkin’, and we are loyal customers who frequent Dunkin’ often. We feel really let down by this visit. We know this isn’t typical of Dunkin’, but we’re still very upset.

The doughnuts were excellent, surpassing those at other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Fairfield/Bridgeport area. For instance, the jelly doughnuts had risen beautifully, resulting in a light and airy texture rather than being dense and chewy. They were filled with just the right amount of jelly – not too much, but also not just a small dollop. Additionally, the staff were very courteous and helpful.
