Hana Japanese - Fairfield

One of the best places in the Bay area for Tonkotsu ramen! My kids look forward to eating here when in town. Sushi is also really good. Power is out on this visit and I love the atmosphere of only cloudy stormy light for the place and no other sounds other than those from us and wind chimes. Smoky air adds to it, like we are in a coastal village

Everything was great!! I went here with some odd, and even difficult food requests due to my diet, and they accommodated with no questions at all. The server was friendly, funny, and very attentive, always made sure we had what we needed. Will absolutely be returning!

Great bento box with salmon and short rib..taste’s right. Also kind and friendly staff.

The chicken teriyaki and salmon nigiri was good.
