Bidra med feedbackThe shwarma here are so good! The lamb was excellent. My husband has gone back multiple times and brought his friends. They all loved it too!
Delicious authentic food! Had the Mediterranean platter and chicken kebab.l, both come with lots of fresh salads and hummus. Don’t let the styrofoam containers scare you!
Delighted they were still there they've been there for 17 years the last time I was there was probably seven years ago when I traveled to Fairfield weekends however food is good I usually do swarma Hefty portions hungry want a lot of food Chow Down on the tabouli and cucumber tomato salad strictly Mediterranean go for it 1 mile off of 80 the only bad part is covet makes it where there's no place to sit except your car
Immediately, I was greeted with smiles and the kind lady even took her time to educate me on how to pronounce 'gyro ' correctly. (Hint: 'Yee-roh ', not 'Jeye-roh ' . The gentleman at the cash register was very nice as well. I went with the Shawarma, which comes as a wrap (burrito-like . The food came out hot in approximately 5 mins. The plate had a red pepper sauce and yogurt?(not sure . The wrap itself was just so well balanced. The nicely marinated, savory, yet not greasy, beef-lamb meat was balanced with the tarty cucumbers and tomatoes. I loved that they had yogurt spread within the wraps so you 're getting that 'balance ' taste with every bite. Adding the red chili sauce really brought out the flavor. No food coma afterwards! Shawarma was $7.99 and came to $8.66 with tax. Well portioned, best shawarma I 've had yet at a fair price. These kind folks just earned a new customer!
It was very busy, but all employees were friendly and moved everything smoothly. eating was amazing, I can't wait to go back.
