Subway - Fairfield

Used coupons always .For some reason the coupons stopped working .They wld not honor the coupon and made me pay full price.I believe this is un fair.I ask if they except them and they say yes .?I will no longer go back to rhis place .

Nancy is awesome!! This location is always clean and even when Nancy’s there working by herself she does multiple jobs at a time and she still always greets and is very friendly with the customers.. I’ve never had a bad experience with her.. she’s patient and does an awesome job. I hope she stays here for a while :

The staff here at night is super lazy. My family and I came in at 8:40pm when there was no one and super dead. She asked how many sandwiches we were getting and I inform her 4. She tells me she can’t make 4 sandwiches even if they were 6 inches. She says I can only make 3 and rolls her eyes. She says it’s because she the only closer and by herself. There was no one in there and 20 mins before closing. It’s not like we came in 5 mins before closing. Even if she told us sorry, I’ll take me some time so please be patient. That’s totally fine. But she doesn’t. She rolls her eyes, throw the paper on the counter while speaking to me. I tell her never mind and we leave. One of the worse experience I had at a subway. We had an Elk Grove location closed because it was so slow and not making money. I won’t be surprised this closed too because they are denying service.

Subway is Subway. It 's pretty basic but every now and then I do get a sandwich craving. I will be honest, I do loove me some sweet onion teriyaki sauce on an oven roasted chicken sandwich. However, it seems they 've done away with the oven roasted chicken, so now they offer rotisserie style chicken only. It 's a little dry, but it 's more like real chicken so I guess that 's what theyre going for. Right now they have a promo for BOGO free footlong. I love a good deal so I made sure to place my online order for pick up. This location says they do curbside pick up too but I didn 't see where the parking was for that in the lot. My only gripe with their online ordering system is that they EMAIL you the order confirmation instead of text. I mean, it is 2023.. but whatever. I like that I was able to select my pick up time and location easily, and customize my sandwiches with light sauce, extra veggies, etc without extra charge. NGL, the girl who made my sandwiches did a really good job! The ingredients were fresh, the meat abundant, and the sandwiches were tightly wrapped up. She also threw in a good bunch of napkins, which is highly appreciated since we all know how messy the sandwiches can get! My order was ready right on time, because I walked in 1 min before my designated pick up time. If you 're new to picking up, they do have a pick up shelf to the side of the sandwich counter. I didn 't notice this when I walked in, so I walked up to the cashier to let her know I was picking up. She gave me a really annoyed look, as if she couldn 't believe I just asked the dumbest questions ever, and just pointed to the shelf. I was like okay.... thanks? Jeeze. I don 't need a whole lot of enthusiasm but I feel like this level of customer service was extremely rude and cringe. Anyhow, I got my sandwiches and I was a happy camper! I went during lunch hour- 12:30 PM, however there was no one inside. Maybe people know better than to come to this location due to service? Maybe I got lucky with timing? Or maybe people hit the sandwich counter at Safeway instead cause TBH, waaaaay better sandwich and just as inexpensive. However, you can 't beat a BOGO deal!

Rude. Never keeps enough cash on hand. I walked out twice won't be going back.
