Being in a gas station I feel like they do not offer everything Dunkin has available

Literally the worst coffee I've ever tasted this morning. So sour and undrinkable, I had to stop at Scottsville Rd Dunkin before getting to work just to get a replacement. There's was perfect. Idk if it's bad brewing or old beans, or if it's not brewedfresh in the morning, but something about the iced coffee between this location and East Rochester, it's always very sour orbitter tasting regardless of original or sunrise batch. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my food tasted good and theservice is always very friendly.

The server reacted negatively when we arrived, as she recognized us from school, and then intentionally got our order wrong.

I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts and often choose between them and Starbucks. I also take my daughter and the child I watch there once a week, where they can either grab a meal or a refreshing drink. My daughter loves plain or glazed donuts, while the other child prefers the bagel bites and breakfast wraps. They both enjoy the dragon fruit refresher. Right now, I'm loving the peanut butter cup macchiato and wish it were available all year round!

The service here has been excellent, and orders are prepared quickly. However, this restaurant tends to get quite busy, and the drive-through is rather short, which often leads to backups that spill out onto the street and disrupt traffic flow.
