Bidra med feedbackMy husband picked up food from this restaurant tonight, but I would recommend avoiding this location until they improve their services. There was a notice on the door stating that they were only offering takeout due to being understaffed. While I understand this, the cleanliness of the drink counter and men's bathroom was lacking. Some of the food seemed old and the falafel in the sandwich appeared uncooked. My husband believes that the employees need better training. Unfortunately, we were only able to eat half of our $45 order, so it may be a while before we consider giving them another chance.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience! The portion sizes were good, the staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly. I'm looking forward to trying more items on the menu in the future. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, which had great flavor without being too spicy. This was a dine-in experience for dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person.

Vegetarian options: They were out of a lot of things and didnt tell you until after you pay for it. Then say they cant issue a refund because they dont have anyone that could. Let me go on record by saying that I used to love Zoe’s above all other healthy fast foodie type of restaurants. Now that it is in the midst of being bought out by Cava, another Mediterranean restaurant, they are slowly pulling some of the best food items from the menu. They’ve taken out the Reuben sandwich, the lemon cookie, and now the salmon from the salmon cauliflower bowl. There may be more missing food items, but I tend to order the same thing each time when I find some thing I really like. I can’t help but wonder at the business model which turns people away from their new acquisition. It’s like they have to run off all the customers so they can build a new customer base instead of transitioning the current customers to their new menu. It’s my understanding that the new name and menu is coming in January for this location. I don’t know how many more times between now and January I can visit Zoe’s and come away disappointed because of the limited selection on the menu.
