Dunkin' - Fairview Heights

How can you ever go wrong with Dunkin Donuts?! A coffeeeek and some Donuts will straighten your morning or your night out if you're planning on staying up! Lol. Great staff, I love this store and the friendly ladies. I love them... I mean I love their service.

Okay, we need to talk... Every time I go to THIS Dunkin Donuts they absolutely stand out from the others I 've been to. ALL of the staff greet you with a smile, they 're friendly, and guess what... they actually have a variety of donuts in stock throughout the entire day! The service is SO good that I asked the kind lady at the window one day if they were under new management or something... I already knew the answer Yes! . New staff, new owner, better service. Keep up the great work, your hard work doesn 't go unnoticed. Respectfully, Customer in the big SUV, lol!

Idk about the people complaining, but there’s a very noticeable change since the management changed, for the better. I was immediately greeted with a ‘good morning’ when I pulled up, and I wasn’t rushed to complete my order. Good luck pulling any greeting out of the kids that worked here before. The staff this morning were quick, efficient, and friendly. My coffee actually tasted good, and I was in and out of the drive thru within five minutes. Thanks guys!

After placing a mobile order for two drinks when I arrived to this location the only had one drink. When we were waiting there for the second drink the lady at the window, who was not wearing a name tag, she came back and rudely asked if we had something else. We explained that we had another drink made the exact same way but with a toasted almond instead of toasted coconut. The lady then remarked Well I didn 't make your drink so show me order. We pulled open the order and showed it to her. We had to repeat the order multiple times and she made it seem like we were being an inconvenience to her as she kept slamming the window after coming back multiple times. I felt like her tone of voice was very rude and it felt like you could tell she hated her job and didn 't want to be there.

I love locations with baskin robins attached because then I can get a cappuccino blast. This location either never has the mix or gives so much attitude about making them. Their donuts are always hard also. Ive given many chances but I think today was the last straw
