Panera Bread - Fairview Heights

I had a rapid pickup order and ate during my drive to my meeting. The sandwich was ok, but the overpriced food cup was moldy and two days past their own throw out date.

Tried to get help on my delivery and Amy (manager) answered the phone. I was asking simple questions because I was confused but she was rude on the phone saying there’s nothing she could do since the deliveries are through door dash. When I tried to tell her the correct address she got rude and loud to talk over me. I don’t recommend this establishment. I eventually figured out my order myself.

I have never had a positive experience here. I have been trying to contact them for months. I ordered 3 sandwiches, soup and something else. I was very specific as I have food allergies, no pickles and what do they do, pickles on the side of sandwich so I cannot eat it. I called and called and was never able to get in touch with anyone to resolve it. Don't waste your time at this location.

My relative went to this location during breakfast on 9/3/22. She went through the drive thru, and the worker forgot to give her back her debit card. My relative realized that she did not have her card about 5 minutes later and called the store. The phone rang for quite a while, when a worker named Amy answered, my relative needed a second to finish something. Amy hung up on her with no explanation. My relative went back to the store, and went through the drive thru. She asked at the speaker box to speak to a manager. A woman, who said she was the manager came to the food window. She did not state her name. She told my relative that she was a Karen, and that the employee was not at fault for hanging up. She also stated that it was my relative's mistake for leaving her debit card. My relative did not want any thing for free just want to inform the manager that she had a bad experience on the phone and wanted her card and an apology. She told the manager that, but this person called her a Karen again, and when she did, the employees behind her all laughed. My relative was treated with unbelievable disrespect. I would never recommend eating at this establishment. Please, go to another.

Quality/ value sinking fast. I ordered a You Pick Two and while the salad was fine , the sandwich was a joke. There was just over a tablespoon of chicken salad on the torn bread, the rest was lettuce and tomato. I guess, my only purchases from now on will be an occasional bagel.
