The food was served cold, the cheese was hardened, and the overall quality was not up to standard. The delivery was made on a bike on Slamananstraße which is unacceptable. I tried contacting them on my phone but they were unresponsive to my inquiries.
I am very disappointed as they completely messed up my order. I had ordered a large pizza and a Pepsi Max, but I received a small pizza and a Pepsi Max Cherry instead.
Papa John's is the best pizza place out of the big three chains. The pizzas are always fresh and hot, and the whole family loves it. It's definitely our go-to choice on pizza night.
