Cozy Kettle, Fall River, Ma

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time on UberEats and not only was the food great but so was the customer service. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from the restaurant letting me know one of the items wasn’t available and asking what option would I like to sub it with. Such a nice touch on customer service!

Very nice staff! Tasty food the bacon was delicious! Homefries could be better but at least they are real ones. Prices were about average for a good breakfast with friendly service and strong coffee!

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I called 30 minutes in advance to place my order, but when I arrived, I wasn't given any estimate for when my food would be ready. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to ask for an update, only to be told by the woman in the service area that the chefs had no idea. I also noticed that she was sending the pickup order slips to the back only minutes after the calls were made. The organization here is lacking, and the customer service is poor. I definitely do not recommend this place—0 out of 5!

We should have walked out when the floors were sticky and the place was empty. But we had read some good things menu looked great. The service was terrible, we had to ask for things multiple times. The food was greasy or burnt. My Greek omelette was just scrambled by eggs to with extra ingredients. The Dutch baby to was dense and chewy not really pleasant and we had to ask for our fruit and we whipped cream. The list of food error could go on. We left basically full plates and went on with our day. We are new to Fall River and we will NOT RETURN. Over $60 for three people far far out of line pricing!!!

You pass the owner walking in and out. Very personal well establish customer feeling cozy . Huge portions you may want to have them cut back on if your not coming from the gym. My favorite the apple pancake or the four egg omelet you will want to take home.
