Infini-tea - Falls Church

I’m leaving a review because my visits lately haven’t been all that great , I usually get a passion fruit juice and I always get the jellies in it which is a the best part! , however lately the young boy that does the cashiering and taking orders isn’t that friendly , if I’m spending my here why is it always a problem when I ask for anything extra ? He always has a attitude as if he doesn’t want to be there and serve customers and I am thinking about taking my business else where .

Don't see why it got high rating. Tea tasted ok, nothing spectacular. The guy at the counter was so unfriendly, unwelcome, turned us off. Does not have a good customer skill. What the heck, they charged us 2.99% if we used our credit card. They passed the CC fee to consumers. This is terrible businesses model.

I will give 2 stars because I love the black sugar, but customer service is sucks, the guy seems that he really hates his job, I went 1 time and ask for something about the menu he was really rude, I don’t think I’m coming back

Located off rt 50, this bubble tea shop is right in between the IHOP and CVS. We arrived around noon on a Sunday and the parking lot is a bit of a hassle to navigate through. The lot was pretty packed since it seemed many people were headed to the IHOP for a Sunday breakfast, but parking wasn't impossible to find. I really liked the aesthetic of the inside of the store with its floral wall, modern tables, and colorful chairs. Their drink seals even have a cute little bear sipping on a boba. They really take care of their store as it was really clean on the inside. However it was quite empty as we were the only customers during our time here, albeit we were only there for a to go order about an hour after they opened. They have a solid selection of drinks including a delicious flan one. We really enjoyed our drinks! They also have interesting food choices which include Vietnamese ones like bot chien and banh bot lot. Overall the ambience was cool, the drinks were refreshing, and I'd like to come back soon to try their food options as well! Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

Such a hidden gem in falls church! Overshadowed by Eden Center boba spots, but totally worth driving just a few minutes further down the road. It’s the only boba tea I drink and they give you 10 different sweetness levels and they hit it right on the mark every time. Boba aside they have simple yet delicious food with creative flavors like lemon pepper fries! Very clean and fast service is the cherry on top!
