Padaek - Falls Church

You must go to this restaurant if you are in the DC area. Lao food is similar to Thai food, but in this case, is more vegan-friendly. The food here reminds me of the incredible food I ate throughout Thailand, which is some of the world's best. I ordered a Pad Thai (one of the best I have had), and a papaya salad (Also, one of the best I have had). I had to carry out due to Covid 19. Very flavorful, spicy. Perfection.

Very authentic South East Asian dishes. The Mee Kathi that i ordered was very tasty with enough coconut milk and just spicy to my taste. Highly recommend.

Best authentic Thai/lao food yet!!! I give this place 5 stars. Food is very authentic just like I've had in Laos and Thailand. Can't wait to go back. Oh and the Thai iced tea is good!!!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for about a decade now, before it was even Padaek (new name, same owner) and under previous owner/management. I absolutely love the authentic Thai and Laotian menu and flavors this restaurant has to offer! I am very picky with Pad Thai, and this place gets it right. I usually come here for their lunch buffet, it really does satisfy my Thai food cravings! Their Thai Iced Tea is sweet to perfection. They are closed on Tuesdays. I highly recommend giving this gem of a restaurant a try! Staff and owner are friendly as well!

Lovely place for Thai, and the Lao menu is worth exploring as well. A fave.
