1550 St Falls - FALLS CREEK

The service was slow, haphazard, lacking in warmth and generally disappointing. We sat for ages with dirty plates in front of us. We weren't offered desserts. When I mentioned the poor service to the cashier, she said the Manager wasn't working tonight ?)The food was delicious.

Had the lamb shanks, it was terrible. No bone, dried pull meat on mash potatoes. Vegetables barely cooked. Service was ok, not excellent. Feel rushed because we were the last table. Probably the least favourite so far for our trip.

We booked for and arrived at 7:00. Meal did not arrive until about 8:15pm. I can only think the kitchen must be understaffed.

Very disappointing that there were no vegan options even though they new vegan diners were booked. After requesting what we could have the only option was overpriced pasta with 2 cherry tomatoes! Will not return.

Great food and service. Child friendly. Relatively expensive but I think standard for on the mountain. Thank you!
