He specifically ordered a 17.99 special from ADVERTISING when you first call... there is a reception of pizzas that go for a special price, this pizza should be 17.99 for a 3 topping pizza. The lady who had answered said we didn't have that instead he was charged 19.99 plus a $3 delivery fee, plus taxes.... came to a total of over $24. First, why not Deek's HONOR, what they're advertising on the phone when you first call? Secondly, the pizza came too late and it was the wrong price. Retrieved and complained 3 times. The last time my mate called, at 11:05 a.m. and asked for the general mgrs phone number. My buddy should get back $15. We'll see if that happens. I know for myself, I'm not going back to Deeks for a pizza about it. Also, it is not the customer's fault that the recordings on the phone are old and they never change or update the prices.

? New? Mobile app doesn't work. Apart from that, I have placed an online order on the website and it has been confirmed. I have given instructions and she? ve has been in my house several times. My address is easy to find by GPS or just follow the street numbers. It was for dinner, so I gave them an hour and finally called. The man who answered the phone was rude and could not possibly worry less his delivery driver brought my order back to the store. The van claimed he couldn't get anyone home, but we were at home with the front door open. Nobody ever came to us. Either the delivery driver didn't bother to deliver or could find out they had the wrong house. No sincere apology, no offer to send the order, nothing. Will be ordered again soon. It's a shame that the damage happened to two bad employees.
Order all the time in Grand Forks without any problems. The quality of food here in Fargo is 50/50 you never know what you get, or if it will be in a reasonable time or if it is canceled without you know. This time I get a delivery driver who thinks it's cool to talk the garbage when I answer the door. I always have my phone on me, so don't blame me not to answer my phone, and don't watch?. If I tell you you have to have the wrong number. It's not that hard to find my place, you just don't know how to use Google Maps.
I hate to do this cause I love Deeks. I waited an hour like the app said. Called to see what?s up and turns out my order got voided without me knowing. Currently still waiting for pizza I paid for TWICE and still nothing. No discount when I called. Still made me pay full price after waiting for so long and no apologies. Probably the last time I ever order from Deeks?? lost a lifetime customer here.
