The woman running the place truly does it all on her own, which is a shame because it would be great for her to have some help. Nonetheless, she does an incredible job—the food is excellent! I really hope she can find new employees soon to ease her workload. Hats off to her for keeping everything running by herself!

I visited this morning, May 17, 2022, and was shocked to find only one person working the entire restaurant. This level of staffing is completely unacceptable; management should be held accountable, and the franchisee's license should be revoked. If you can't sufficiently staff the restaurant, then it should be closed. Instead, you're relying on just one employee to manage everything. I doubt she's being compensated fairly for handling multiple roles. I chose not to eat there and left, as this establishment clearly does not deserve my business.

I went to have breakfast at a restaurant connected to a truck stop, and I felt sorry for the truckers who have to rely on this place. The food was disappointing—greasy and served cold. The hash browns were particularly oily. There was only one waitress and one cook, which made things chaotic. We weren't sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, busy at the cash register while other customers were waiting for their orders. She looked like she might start crying from the stress. When it was time to pay, the waitress had trouble giving us change back. After this experience, the McDonald's across the street was looking very appealing.

I went in this morning to have breakfast, and I ordered the stuff hash Browns, the banking was not done, he did redo it, I ordered another breakfast, for my wife take it to her job which was the southern Georgia pecan pancakes, the pancakes. wasundone, the batter was still uncooked, the eggs was not the way I ordered them. I said, I wanted them scrambled hard withcheese, they did not put the cheese on there, and the eggs was not scrambled hard. I tried to call them multiple times, no onepicked up the phone, I couldn't go back because I had an appointment.

The woman running the place is truly impressive; it's unfortunate that she doesn't have any staff to assist her. Despite that, she does an amazing job, and the food is excellent. I really hope she can hire some help soon to ease her burden. Huge respect to her for managing everything on her own!
